Rant About Todays Couture..

 Couture shows are not the same anymore. They're often boring. It's like the sense of expression, emotion, & detail has gone away. Couture is supposed to be grotesque, a fantasy, innovating, historic, highly exclusive, emotional, and beautiful to some but ugly to others (if that makes sense)

I feel like high fashion designers these days want to stick to current trends. They all put themselves in a box. The question fashion houses today should ask themselves is, "will our pieces still hold weight 20 years from now?"

Sometimes I feel like designers today try way too hard making their collections and they end up looking tacky and horrible. They try too hard to please.
